My favourite piece of jewellery on site is the Gold Skull ring by Michelle Chang (http://www.hannahzakari.co.uk/products/gold_skull_ring). I got her skull necklace for Christmas and it is beautiful – I get so many compliments on it, so I really want to own more of her collection! It might be overkill to have two similar pieces (I’d need to make sure and not wear them at the same time), but I’m sure I could manage!

I’ll retweet this as well x

  6. Caz Moir says:

    http://www.hannahzakari.co.uk/products/happy_ghost_necklace

I adore this ghost necklace. Aside from it being incredibly cute, I love the mix of something so scary that is so cute and smiley. And silver is the best metal! Just sayin’ :)

  7. Giselle says:

My fave piece of jewellery on the HZ site is this gold fir cone necklace:
    http://www.hannahzakari.co.uk/products/golden_fir_cone_necklace

I used to collect fir cones on family walks as a child and spray them gold at Christmas. I’m still fascinated by their geometry.

  8. Sally says:

Amazing prize! But tough question, hmm….I think the Grand Naiad necklace – beautiful!
Have retweeted on twitter too (@sallythompson) :)

    http://www.hannahzakari.co.uk/products/stainless_steel_2_hot_air_balloon_necklace

Because “80 days Around the World” was my Favourite TV programme when I was wee. Normally my friend Sally & I would spend hours dawdling home from School, except for the day that 80days was on then we would hurry as fast as our little legs would take us.

  11. Zoey says:

    Hi :) .

I couldn’t decide on one… so many lovely pieces.
But i’m really loving the Fox Necklace, (http://www.hannahzakari.co.uk/products/stainless_steel_fox_necklace) & the Layla Amber Budgie Ring. They are so cute and well designed.

    http://www.hannahzakari.co.uk/products/zane_the_zebra_necklace

I love ZANE, not only have you given him a cool name, but he’s multicoloured, and looks a little bit coy about it!

He goes with black and white clothing, plus any colour he features, so is very practical and fashionable at the same time! Well done Zane…

    FB and twitter done too

  14. dawn says:

Oh my giddy aunt, what a wonderful prize! It is a toughie though, how do you choose just one thing, if I had the pennies I would buy most of your shop – fact!

So I have narrowed it down to two: http://www.hannahzakari.co.uk/products/franz_the_dancing_wolf
    http://www.hannahzakari.co.uk/products/stainless_steel_2_hot_air_balloon_necklace

Have to say, if you’d had the little house/stars/or snowflake Bonbi Forest lockets online, those would be in there too :)

Have tweeted, and shared on Facebook too!
Good luck everyone, this one is a corker! :)

  15. Laura Kilner says:

  16. Megan says:

What a fantastic competition. It’s SO tricky to pick one favourite. Being a complete foxaholic I totally love the fox necklace and was lucky enough to get a HZ foxy necklace for Christmas. I just love wearing it and get so many nice compliments on it.

I think my favourite at the moment is the Miss Rabbit necklace:
    http://www.hannahzakari.co.uk/products/miss_rabbit_necklace

I reckon it would look great with a simple outfit.

  17. dawn says:

    Oh I didn’t why – such a doofus.

The hot air balloons, just because they amaze me, you are in a basket, in the sky??? That is pure magic! I also love how my future in-law’s dog, barks at them, it is hilarious!

Franz, because he is cute, and would look awesome in my office, but also because I am currently reading the Songs of Fire and Ice series (Game of Thrones), and everyone loves the Starks right, it is all about the wolves!

Bonbi Forest lockets – I am looking for a locket to wear for my wedding day, I can’t buy one yet, because I need to get my dress first, so I know what the neckline is like, but ideally I would love an unusual, magical locket :)

  18. kirsty says:

It would have to be EITHER the fox necklace as I love foxes especially urban crackfoxes OR the michelle change skull necklace in silver, as I already have the ring (from your shop!) and I get comments on it all the time. Am going through a bit of a phase with skulls too.

    Fingers crossed!! x

  19. Laura says:

I love the wishing well necklace- it’s so very cute, and reminds me of the scene in Snow White (my fave Disney film) where she sings by the well :) xx

  20. Sioned Powell says:

Sadly, I wasn’t able to find a link to my favourite earrings but they’re still my favourite!! They are wee cute teacup earrings that I saw once when browsing at your shoppe and couldn’t resist buying 3 pairs! I still wear mine often, and I sent a pair each to two old flatmates who were responsible for converting me to tea-drinking whilst we lived together. They were living in Spain and the USA at the time, and they too absolutely loved the teacups reminding us all of all the tea-time memories we had in Edinburgh!

I’ve retweeted for some extra luck!

  21. Jayne Read says:

As you know, I’ve had my eye on this beauty for quite some time!

    http://www.hannahzakari.co.uk/products/welcome_to_las_vegas_necklace

I love the selection of blue items you’ve selected too, the Budgie is just too cute!

  22. I really love the macroon rings!
    http://www.hannahzakari.co.uk/products/macaron_ring
I do enjoy a sweet treat every now and again, and having one that doesn’t add pounds to my waist line can’t be bad. The turquoise is such a beautiful colour too.

  23. Claire Williamson says:

My friend bought me the green fluted geo earrings and I love them! When I popped in on Tuesday to buy a birthday present for a friend I saw the pendant that matched and had to have it! Off to me a friend for coffee wearing them both!

  24. Jas says:

    Hello there!

    http://www.hannahzakari.co.uk/products/stainless_steel_peacock_feather_earrings

I have always liked wearing earrings more than any other jewellery, as there are so many gorgeous styles to choose from and to add they are usually very inexpensive in comparison! Lol
The ‘peacock feather earrings’ in particular are a favourite because I love the pattern and the shape of the earring, its very unique and natural looking.

    P.S. I’ve tweeted & liked :-D !

  25. olivia says:

  27. Rebecca Baker says:

My favourite item of jewellery is:
    http://www.hannahzakari.co.uk/products/big_key_floral_necklace
I know it’s currently out of stock, but I think it’s absolutely gorgeous. I’ve always loved keys, especially old keys. I’ve just always liked the idea of finding some old key and it unlocking something fascinating. I think it stems from me reading too much as a child, a whole Secret Garden fascination, but that necklace just makes me think of the book The Secret Garden and all those mysterious things I always thought keys would unlock when I was a child.

    Becki x

  28. My favourite item is the cute Poli fox necklace! http://www.hannahzakari.co.uk/products/stainless_steel_fox_necklace

My favorite piece is the China Ring! http://www.hannahzakari.co.uk/products/china_ring_1

  30. http://www.hannahzakari.co.uk/products/stainless_steel_hot_air_balloon_necklace

I have been eyeing this up for weeks! I am eagerly awaiting payday so I can purchase it. I love quirky necklaces, and my collection of them just keeps growing, however I mostly love this necklace because a hot air balloon ride would be absolutely fantastic! Imagine that view! It would be such a fantastic experience so why not wear it around your neck!

  31. daria says:

My favorite is the Stainless Steel Fox Necklace because I can’t resist anything foxy. Really, I can’t.

  32. Claire says:

    http://www.hannahzakari.co.uk/products/popsicle_friends_necklace
I love the whole happy smiley range. We bought this necklace for a friend and it made her smile. I received the happy sloth as a surprise birthday present and it brings a smile to my face whenever I pop it on! It’s an unusual charm but super cute (and maybe there’s a touch of the happy sloth in me too!)

  36. Sally says:

My favourite is this teacup bracelet: http://www.hannahzakari.co.uk/products/teacup_bracelet_2

I love the colours and the retro pattern combined with the giant bow, Ive never seen anything else like it! And, its a teacup. TEA. Excellent.

  37. Laura says:

Being a crazy cat lady, my favorite is the cat necklace!
    http://www.hannahzakari.co.uk/products/cat_necklace

I love it! I have a lot of cat-related items, but I don’t have any cat-jewels so this would be perfect for me!
    Yay!!

because i like turtles!! who doesnt, they are super cute!!

  39. Sara says:

Wow – it’s hard to pick a favourite, so many beautiful items. The Dahlia necklace is amazing, so is anything animal related but I’ll pick the Terrarium ring as my favourite as I have a thing for large/unusual rings – I think the reason I love rings so much is that I can see the piece all the time and the connection it has to hands – the ‘tool’ for creating.

    http://www.hannahzakari.co.uk/products/terrarium_ring/blue_morpho

  40. Sarah says:

I love the Mr Rabbit necklace – http://www.hannahzakari.co.uk/products/mr_rabbit_necklace , i think it is so cool, a little odd and very pretty! Exactly what i look for in a necklace!

  41. Martha says:

    http://www.hannahzakari.co.uk/products/alya_necklace
I think this is stunning! Would look perfect with everything and fab colours/material combinations :) A piece i would definitely feel is worth saving up the pennies for!

  42. Claire Timmins says:

Ah, this is hard. It could be this: http://www.hannahzakari.co.uk/products/flying_ducks_necklace as it feels like an old friend now. But my favourite is no longer on here (and is also broken). It is/was a lovely necklace with green rings, black chain and a pair of white birds linked together. It was a long time ago and I can’t remember who made it. If you can, then ask them to make me another please. Thanks.

  43. Laura says:

This is a cruel competition! I want EVERYTHING! Don’t make me choose!

I suppose if I HAD to it would be between these fox earrings:

    http://www.hannahzakari.co.uk/products/fox_earrings

because they remind me of the foxes that used to wander our street in Glasgow

    Or this Lobster:

    http://www.hannahzakari.co.uk/products/rock_lobster_necklace

because it makes me think of my old friend Aisling.

Also I want to buy these teeth earrings for my friend Vickie because they match a tattoo she has EXACTLY!

    http://www.hannahzakari.co.uk/products/teeth_earrings

shared on facebook as well :)

  44. Aileen says:

A few years ago my boyfriend gave me a picture of two ghosts standing next to their graves. One of the ghosts was giving the other a rose.

This looks like the ghosts and is my favorite because of this.

    http://www.hannahzakari.co.uk/products/happy_ghost_necklace

  45. Ewa says:

i love this ring http://www.hannahzakari.co.uk/products/terrarium_ring because its like an enclosed moment closed off in a bubble that you can show to people. Its a bit like photography. I really like it because it is original – i havent seen anything like it before and its really hard to come up with something.
I also really like the contrast between the colours
    Mucho love :)

  46. Emma Boyle says:

    What an awesome competition prize!
After lots of hinting my boyfriend bought me this lovey necklace from HZ.

    http://www.hannahzakari.co.uk/products/winging_my_way_back_to_you_necklace

I love it! We are currently saving for a wee jaunt around the world together so everytime I wear it, it’s a nice reminder of all our adventures up ahead!

  47. Jo says:

Hello! I love this rabbit necklace because I have a troublesome wee rabbit of my own. Sadly I have to leave Cracker at home everyday to face YET ANOTHER working day, so it would be very nice to have a wee reminder of her when the going gets tough. http://www.hannahzakari.co.uk/products/perspex_rabbit_necklace

Also you might be pleased to hear that I found my glove which I thought I lost in your shop last week!

    I have retweeted xx

  48. Judit says:

When I was little, I always wanted to have a little fox, but of course, never got one.
I really think their are beautiful animals, I adore their colour, their beautiful fur and I also liked every story that was about them.
Now that I’ve grown older, I still wish I had one, but now rather in the form of jewellery.
So my absolute favourite piece is the fox-necklace, featured here. :-)

    Retweeted, and shared!

P.S.: This competition is so lovely. :-)

  49. Can I still enter the contest? I like the cute happy ghost necklace: http://www.hannahzakari.co.uk/products/happy_ghost_necklace, I always smile when I look at this necklace on Mary Mary shop.

  50. Reka says:

    Hi!

I think this is a really great competition. My favourite are the “Leave Me Be” earrings: http://www.hannahzakari.co.uk/products/leave_me_be_earrings
I love them because I absolutely adore golden jewellery lately, and I love the details in the leaves. I’d pair them up with a golden Casio watch :)

  51. Sara says:

I love the fine detail in the fox necklace and I can think of so many outfits it would look great with http://www.hannahzakari.co.uk/products/stainless_steel_fox_necklace

Also bought a fabric peacock feather necklace from HZ last year as a gift for a friend and really wish I’d bought one for myself too!

  52. Irit says:

This is my favorite piece of jewelry:

I really like Margaux Lange’s Barbie jewelry since it’s extremely unique and whimsical. :-)

  53. Marina says:

http://www.hannahzakari.co.uk/products/stainless_steel_fox_necklace Fox Necklace because it looks like he would enjoy his nap a lot more around my warm neck…

  54. Nicole says:

So so hard to pick favourites from all the lovely items on the website…but I am a huge fan of the Polli jewellery, and so it has to be the fab foxy necklace at the moment for me. http://www.hannahzakari.co.uk/products/stainless_steel_fox_necklace

But ask me again after another 5 mins looking and I’ll probably have a new favourite!

  55. Becky says:

My fave has to be this necklace:
    http://www.hannahzakari.co.uk/products/youre_super_necklace
it’s so simple and people just assume it’s going to say your name but no, it’s a classic! I’ve had 2 and bought a few for friends. They need to start making more words- I’d def be up for one which reads ‘awesome’!! x

  56. Emma Collins says:

There are so many to choose from but I think my most favourite piece of jewellery is…

Winging my Way Back to you necklace.

I’m a big fan of the universe and our little blue marble of a planet and would love to wear it round my neck and keep it safe. Plus it has a romantic element to it and you can’t beat that :)

  58. Rachel says:

I love the hot air balloon necklace! http://www.hannahzakari.co.uk/products/stainless_steel_hot_air_balloon_necklace Why? I just really like hot air balloons, always have! :)

  59. Emma says:

I have decided to pick this grand naiad necklace http://www.hannahzakari.co.uk/products/grand_naiad_necklace

I came to choose this piece because whenever I see it online or in the shop I think of my home city Galway in the West of Ireland. That green oxidised copper like effect on the brass brings to mind much of the architect prevalent from the top of the city’s cathedral to the exteriors of the local shopping centres and the 3rd level education institutes. The leaves remind me of all the time I spent growing up around the canal area, near the cathedral which was lined by trees.

It’s a real statement necklace and I love jewellery featuring insects, nature’s jewels.

  60. Clare says:

An ode to my Happy Turtle Necklace

I love my happy turtle, he really is unique,
When I hang him round my neck he makes me feel quite chic,
And when I have been wearing him for just the shortest while,
Even when it’s raining out I just can help but smile :o )

  61. http://www.hannahzakari.co.uk/products/cat_origami_pin

I’ve loved origami for years now and had my eye on this piece of her etsy site for a while, was soooo happy when I saw you were also selling it :)

  62. Sarah Sutton says:

I have always loved this: http://www.hannahzakari.co.uk/products/aaargh_necklace because I’m finding it really difficult to imagine a scenario when it would not be appropriate…

    “aaargh what a stressful day!”

“aaargh I exploded a yoghurt on the floor at the supermarket!”

“aaargh I can’t wait to see Florence on the 12th of March!”

“aaargh I love this necklace so much!”

    The list goes on.

  63. Lee says:

Ah! easy.. this is my favourite http://www.hannahzakari.co.uk/products/cat_origami_pin
been eyeing the cat origami pin for so long. What’s not to love.. cat + origami + pin= I like cats, love paper folding and wear pins with pride. :)

  64. Hannah says:

My mum and friend buy me some HZ jewellery for every birthday and christmas but I think my favourite piece is something I bought for myself: http://www.hannahzakari.co.uk/products/hope_birdcage_necklace (found on google!)

A couple of years ago I lost my Nana and best friend to cancer in very close succession and this necklace gives me hope that death is just freedom, an escape from the cage of life to bigger and brighter things.
Birds and bid cages have become a staple in my life because of the memories and hope they give me, so alongside wearing this necklace most days, I am often sport a bird top, scarf or bag :)

  65. Sian says:

I love everything on Hannahzak, though my choice was somehow an easy one!

    http://www.hannahzakari.co.uk/products/brass_squares_necklace

Rachael Lamb’s brass squares necklace has been a favourite of mine since I first saw it and I was so excited when I received it as a present (since I harped on about it)! It’s not nearly as complicated as other items sold here, yet it is beautiful in it’s simplicity and just as much quirky, intriguing and original as the others. It may fly under the radar for most, but believe me that its uniqueness really attracts compliments and is a wonderful little addition to anyone’s accessories!

  66. Leanne says:

My favourite is this: http://www.hannahzakari.co.uk/products/clogs_curio_charm_bracelet :) I love the beautiful shade of blue in contrast to the silver, and I love he vintage-y charms… it just looks stunning!

  67. Lauren says:

    http://www.hannahzakari.co.uk/products/box_lima_teardrop_earrings

I love the Box Lima Teardrop earrings! Elegant, yet playful.

  68. Marja says:

Took a look around the online shop, and I fell in love with all the stainless steel necklaces and earings. I also adore the teacup bracelets and all the other vintage china jewlery. I’m a big fan of recycling stuff into new things and these I thought were different from anything I’ve ever seen before! :)

  69. LiliFromFrance says:

This little tart looks so real and yummy !
    http://www.hannahzakari.co.uk/products/tart_ring
Free shipping WORLDWIDE, really ? ;)

  70. Ashley Rebecca Copeland says:

I think my favourite piece of jewellery on your site would have to be the Sad Geek Necklace (http://www.hannahzakari.co.uk/products/sad_geek_necklace). It’s a great piece because it’s so simple but it looks absolutely brilliant. I also love the fact that the glasses look like the ones my favourite comedians, Peter Sellers and Eric Sykes, wear.

    Thank you :o )

  71. It was tricky to pick a favourite. You have some great retro pieces, some lovely vintage pieces, and some ultra-modern pieces, all of which make me smile. I love photography so nearly chose your camera necklace. Your variety of jewellery featuring birds really inspired me as well. But your collection of literary based jewellery won me over. I nearly plumped for the tiny leather book necklace and Mr Darcy hanging around my neck was a very pleasant thought. But the standout winner is this beautiful vintage typewriter necklace: http://www.hannahzakari.co.uk/products/kohl_gold_typewriter_necklace

  72. tuula c says:

    ummmmmmmmmmm…. which one???????!!!!
    got it… http://www.hannahzakari.co.uk/products/delicate_pursuits_necklace
i love this because its beautiful, like all of the jewellery however this one is different- it relates to me.i love fashion and jewellery , it reminds me of when i am starting to make something.cutting out all of the different things to make a pretty picture at the end and the necklace just does that!

  73. helen h says:

If i’m forced to narrow it down to one (how to forsake all the teeny weeny mini food!!) it would have to be the triangles necklace because it reminds me of stuff my mum wore when I was growing up in the 80s. As I first got my own style (90s and 00s) i thought it was all dead naff and insufferably dated….and now I LOVE it :o )

    http://www.hannahzakari.co.uk/products/too_many_cooks_print

I was going to say the baby sloth necklace by Mary Mary Handmade but it doesn’t seem to be here anymore, so I’m going for the kitty ring, which is stupidly cute.

It has to be the tiny gold skull necklace. I’ve had my beady eye on this for what seems like an eternity now. I love a skull and this one not only looks perfectly formed but has a hint of Boni, the skull from Trap Door – one of my childhood favourites.

I really must get around to buying it…!

Firstly I’ve recently move to Edinburgh to attend graduate school. I had to leave my cat behind who I’ve had for four years. She is I. The loving care of my family but I miss her dearly. I’ve been lusting after this simple kitty charm necklace because it would be a cute reminder of her to bring around with me. I also love the simplicity of the design.

  102. Julie says:

Ooh, I hope I’m not too late! My favourite item (at the moment) would probably be the Discovery Birds Earrings (http://www.hannahzakari.co.uk/products/discovery_birds_earrings). The little bird is just too sweet for words, and the seedling is too! It’s quirky and interesting, and is the kind of set that I think would promote comments and compliments :)
